PHOENIX, ARIZONA - June 30, 2014 - -- Armor Designs, Inc. (LSE: ADID)("Armor" or the "Company"), a leading designer, integrator and manufacturer of body and vehicular armor solutions for military, government and commercial use would like to notify the market of the following in conformity with Paragraph 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

As at 30 June 2014, the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company are as follows:

The Company's issued share capital consists of 28,334,138 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each, with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 28,334,138.

This figure is the number that may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
